Cancellation policy

Out of courtesy for our stylists, we ask that you cancel your scheduled appointment 24-48 hours before appointment time.

Same day cancellations or no shows will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for any hair or makeup service.

We will have a thorough consultation before any and all services provided so we can achieve the

your desired look!

A consultation is required for all corrective color or extension services.

If you have any questions on if your color qualifies as "corrective" give us a call and we will be happy to help answer any questions you may have!

The consultation is complimentary and you will NOT be charged.
